About Monika
Known to many as “Ms. Mo,” Monika Shotwell is a servant leader, mother, grandmother, and mentor devoted to helping others discover their purpose. She leads with heart, speaks truth with love, and believes honest conversations—sometimes hard, always necessary—are the key to growth and transformation.
With nearly 30 years in sales and telecommunications leadership, Monika’s passion has always been people. As a Sales Manager and People Leader, she coached from the heart, developing talent and guiding more than 30 career promotions along with countless personal breakthroughs. Many she mentored have gone on to become entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, real estate leaders, and creatives.
One of her proudest achievements was transforming a store ranked 101 out of 102 into the top 5% within two years—proof, she says, that with the right leadership, anything is possible.
Raised in Memphis and later building her life in Atlanta and Murfreesboro, Monika credits teachers, mentors, and managers for shaping her journey. She carries the wisdom of her leaders and Aristotle’s reminder that “excellence is not an act but a habit” into every part of her life.
For Monika, true legacy isn’t measured in numbers but in lives touched. Her faith, resilience, and unwavering commitment continue to inspire others to rise.
